This show is scheduled for two days. You are EXPECTED to be PRESENT and keep
your exhibit open during all of the scheduled show hours. The hours of the show are
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Table
sitters will be available for your convenience.

SALES are permitted; however, sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor. No sales
commissions will be charged.

ONLY ITEMS HAND CARVED BY THE PARTICIPANTS MAY BE
SOLD OR SHOWN (Commercial vendors excepted). No reproductions
may be sold.

NO SMOKING AND/OR EATING IS ALLOWED AT YOUR TABLE.
